Atrium fined over £1m by Lloyd’s for discrimination, bullying and harassment failings

The fine is the largest ever handed down by the Lloyd’s Enforcement Board as it listed charges including an annual “Boys Night Out” that featured initiation games, heavy drinking and making inappropriate and sexualised comments about female colleagues.
