Indonesia: Great Eastern to sell 5% stake in local general insurance unit

Singapore's Great Eastern group has entered into a share and purchase agreement to divest a minority stake in Indonesia insurance firm, QBE Indonesia, for around $1.4m. The sale is being undertaken to meet local shareholding requirements.
