Two directors of CBL claim the insurer is solvent

Two of New Zealand-based CBL Insurance Ltd.'s directors said that the insurer, which has been in interim liquidation since Feb. 23, is "solvent to the tune of $70 million New Zealand ($49.5 million) positive".
