Pool Re names ILS adviser and placement agent

Pool Reinsurance Co. Ltd., the U.K. government-backed terrorism reinsurance backstop, has named GC Securities L.L.C. as its insurance-linked securities adviser and placement agent following a competitive request for proposal, Pool Re said in a statement Wednesday.
