Brazilian insurer's profit rises 14%

Brazil-based insurer Bradesco Seguros S/A's net income grew nearly 14% to more than 1.5 billion Brazilian real in the first quarter ($429 million) from BRL 1.3 billion in the first quarter of 2017.
