Insurers to benefit from improved regulations despite economic headwinds: Moody's

U.S.-based ratings agency Moody's Investors Service Inc. said that insurers in the Gulf Cooperation Council region face economic headwinds, however improving regulations will offset the negative impact from low oil prices and exposure to volatile investments.
