Storm causes an estimated $30 million of damage in Philippines

Ricardo Jalad, executive director of the Philippines' National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, said that cyclone Kai-tak caused an estimated 1.5 billion Philippine pesos ($30 million) worth of damage.
