Cyclones Kai-tak, Vinta cause an estimated $50 billion of damage in Philippines

The Philippines' National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said that cyclones Kai-tak and Vinta caused an estimated 2.5 billion Philippine pesos ($50 million) worth of damage mostly in the Visayas and Mindanao region.
