Philippine insurer to file complaint against Marsh UK: Regulator

Dennis Funa, commissioner of Philippine insurance regulator, said that local insurer Prudential Guarantee and Assurance Inc. plans to file a formal complaint against insurance broker Marsh U.K. Ltd., for operating illegally in the country.
