Oil spill victims file lawsuit against Shell over $3.6-billion compensation

Oil spill victims under the aegis of Oil Spill Victims Vanguard have filed a lawsuit in the United Kingdom against oil and gas firm Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Co. over alleged compensation of more than $3.6 billion.
