Italy's antitrust authority fines banks, diamond brokers for fraudulent practices
Italy's antitrust authority L'Autorita Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato has fined local banks and diamond brokers €15.3 million ($17.7 million) for fraudulent commercial practices in selling diamonds through distributor banks.
