Regarding U-Haul, good for them (“ Smokers Need Not Apply: Fairness Of No-Nicotine Hiring Policies Questioned ,” Jan. 13). I don’t like being around smokers. I have asthma, and the smoke also gives me a headache. I would like to see stronger efforts to get people to quit.
